Founder & Director

With a major in Tourism and Hospitality from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, and a master’s degree in Hotel Marketing at UCLA San Diego, he opens the doors of this company that is oriented to the operational and commercial implementation of a personalized and strategic management of properties that match the vision and projection of the company.

Leading more than seven luxury hotel openings in the region, Pablo has managed to have a great experience in positioning and selling hotels in segments about Corporate and Leisure.

Co-branding actions, excellent relationship with media outlets and a high arrival to Top Producers of the tourist trade, make him and his team unique specialists in the field. In addition, Pablo is an active teacher of the University of Belgrano, co-author of the book “The Tourist of the future” and leader of opinion in the industry.

She has worked at Sofitel Luxury Hotels in Buenos Aires and Washington DC for 10 years, gaining experience in guest services, front desk and reservations areas. In the past years, she has worked as a Multi hotel Revenue Analyst and as Reservations Manager, bonding with different OTAs, tour operators, travel agencies and top corporate producers.

In addition, during 2021, she worked as a Sales representative for Wetu, a South African company that offers content solutions for the travel industry. With her proactivity and sense of responsibility, she managed to position Wetu as the top choice for hotels in Latam.

Florencia has been working with Pablo since November 2021, managing Sales and Groups for several properties in Miami, New York, Orlando and Barcelona, and obtaining excellent results and positive feedback from our clients.

Franca is a Higher Technician in Tourism and Transportation Management, graduated from the Provincial University of Córdoba. Since 2018, she has been working in the hospitality industry, gaining knowledge in operations, sales, reservations, and reception.

She worked for the Eurostars chain for 3 years, in the areas of Reception, Reservations, and Sales. In 2022, she worked as an Assistant Manager, managing, supervising, and coordinating different areas of the hotel.

Mariano Otero.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mariano holds a Higher Degree in Hotel Management from “La Suisse” Institute of Higher Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Morón. Additionally, he has ventured into digital training, earning certifications in UX/UI Design. Among his passions are theater, music, and outdoor activities. One of his key skills is fluency in five languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and Italian.

With over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, Mariano has held various roles that have allowed him to develop a strong ability to adapt and multitask, always highlighting his passion for the art of service. For 15 years, he worked with the Sofitel brand, representing hotels in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.

Mariano previously served as Group and Events Manager at the prestigious Sofitel Buenos Aires, a hotel that opened him the doors to major international chains in 2009 and became his greatest learning experience. He also led the sales team at Sofitel Montevideo as Commercial Director, successfully repositioning the hotel after almost two years of closure due to the COVID pandemic. In his first international mobility experience, he was in charge of the Front Office team at Sofitel Ipanema (formerly Caesar Park) in Rio de Janeiro, taking on the rebranding process of this property. He understands that living in different countries has enriched him with diverse cultures, allowed him to learn new realities, and expanded his way of thinking.

Mariano has led several teams and has successfully adapted to each role, always standing out for his professionalism, patience, and warmth in carrying out his projects.

Rocío has a Higher Technician in Hospitality graduated from Suisse Cepec and is trained in marketing. Her passion is the combination of hospitality and marketing, which has led her to develop an outstanding career in this field. She began her professional career at Wyndham Hotels And Resorts for the Head Quarters of Latin America, where she positioned herself as leader of the brand marketing team, being marketing coordinator for all of Latin America. It was there where he met Pablo Veloso.

Subsequently, Rocío continued her path, always focused on the combination of Marketing and Hospitality, serving as Marketing Director at Blue Road Hotels and Head of Social Media at Yurbban Hotels Company USA. Additionally, he has worked in the luxury fragrance segment in Influencer Marketing.

Rocío specializes in developing 360 Marketing strategies and translating them into personalized concepts and content. His passion is to create and put into practice the value promise of brands, focusing on Brand Positioning and Identity, Social Media, Content Generation, Strategic Alliances, PR and Press.

Since joining the RDG team, Rocío has been key in communicating the opening of Puesto del Indio to the Key Players of the tourism industry, contributing her vast experience and knowledge to achieve a successful positioning in the market.
